Orders and payment
Customers must provide a valid name, Bangladesh mobile number, and complete delivery address. We may verify an order before processing. Supported methods may include cash on delivery, bank transfer, bKash, Nagad, and payment gateway checkout, subject to availability and provider terms.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by stock verification, location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, or events outside reasonable control. Risk transfers on confirmed delivery to the customer or authorised recipient.
Wholesale accounts
Wholesale approval is discretionary and may require business verification. Wholesale prices, minimum quantities, credit terms, and distribution conditions may differ by product and account. Approval can be suspended for misuse, false information, non-payment, or policy violations.
